Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains, so wallet addresses and transaction details may be publicly visible and cannot be deleted by us.

Account credentials you share with us are used only for your project, and we recommend changing them once the project ends. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We keep project and client information for as long as needed to deliver our services and for 2 years after the project ends, or longer where tax or legal rules require it. After that, we securely delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your information earlier, subject to those legal requirements.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to its use. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 12. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.
9. International Data Transfers
We work with clients worldwide and some of our service providers are located outside Canada. Your information may therefore be stored or processed in other countries, where local laws may allow government access. We take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.
